About the founders

Gabriela Alencar
CEO e Co-Founder | Porto Velho, Brazil

Graduated in Journalism from Collegium Civitas (Warsaw) with a specialization in New Media and Strategic Communication, Gabriela developed her international career over six years in Poland, establishing strategic connections in the European market. Her expertise includes integrated communication management and international marketing, with significant achievements in both the public and private sectors. As the CEO of Bramont Trade, she leads strategic initiatives that facilitate companies’ entry into new markets, leveraging her expertise in international communication and public relations to strengthen commercial ties between Latin America and Eastern Europe.

Marcos Bădărău
COO e Co-Founder | Bucharest, Romania

Holding a Master’s degree in European Policies and Economics from SNSPA (Romania) and a degree in Tourism Management from IFPE (Brazil), Marcos has built a solid career in international relations and diplomacy. As the founder and General President of GOUV, he leads research in European Economics and Policies, bringing diplomatic experience gained at the Embassy of Venezuela in Bucharest. Currently, in addition to serving as Director of International Operations at Bramont Trade, he is the Director of International Relations at the Venezuela-Romania Chamber of Commerce and heads Consularis, a consultancy specializing in migration and diplomatic services. His expertise in governmental relations and deep knowledge of the European market are essential for developing effective internationalization strategies.
